You could say that demolition is certainly in our blood.
Since the late 1950’s, our father John Lockley worked in the demolition sector demolishing domestic and commercial buildings and he definitely had a life long passion for heavy duty machinery and how things were built. His quest for in-depth detail on how things were constructed provided great knowledge to us on how to swiftly and safety dismantle small and large buildings. His love of the demolition industry, his many stories of the buildings he took down and the consequences of poor planning and safety are what have provided the foundation of what we provide to our customers today.
Our garage demolition business today is focussed on a safe, systematic approach from the initial survey and risk assessment of the proposed works, organising associated machinery and equipment, safe garage demolition, appropriate sorting and licensed waste removal and of course, leaving the area free of hazards and completely clear.
Personally, we have life long experience in this area of expertise and have working been in the building and demolition industry approaching 40 years and we love it. Nowadays, our company focuses on garage demolition and the complete removal of other domestic and small constructions so we also own a licensed waste collection company which cuts out any potential waste removal issues via a third party.
In the early days, it became clear to us that for the project to run smoothly, the safe removal, sorting and recycling of the garage demolition waste was paramount to keeping the project moving so we started a company to ensure that our garage demolition projects secure a no nonsense waste removal service of the garage demolition debris as it happens.
Many garage roofs are constructed of corrugated bonded asbestos so by utilising our waste removal company, we can ensure a swift and safe site clearance of all the various materials in line with environmental waste removal guidelines.
