Our Company
Our demolition roots go back as far as the late 1950’s where our Father was well known for demolishing buildings ranging from small garden outbuildings to large commercial hotels; our family certainly has a long history within this industry. Nowadays, the company is run by his son Darren who has over 35 years experience within the construction and demolition industry. Darren is always at the heart of any garage demolition and completely overseas the project from survey to site clearance and sign off. It has to be said that much focus is concentrated at the survey stage. This is to ensure that an in-depth risk assessment is completed enabling the swift introduction of any adequate safety controls, this helps us to mitigate any potential hazards for the garage demolition and also the safe removal of waste to a suitable land fill site..
Be assured, if the garage demolition has electrical, gas or water services we will discuss their safe isolation (and removal where necessary). Many garage demolition projects have bonded asbestos roofing materials so if this is to be part of the deconstruction then it will be observed and discussed at the survey stage. Removing bonded asbestos roofing sheets is certainly not new to us so we will fully explain the correct procedures. Pre-planning the safe removal of the roof first ensures that the focus on the garage demolition remains safe and also compliant not only in the removal of the bonded asbestos sheets, but in their safe wrapping, identification, removal from site and secure transport to an appropriate licensed landfill.

Whether your garage demolition project is constructed of brick or concrete, we are fully experienced and licensed for it’s safe dismantling and removal from site. Often, your garage demolition will require the safe removal of corrugated bonded asbestos roof sheets; if this is the case, we will risk assess this at the survey stage and plan accordingly to ensure it is removed, bagged and transported to the appropriate landfill by us safely and compliant with environment waste disposal guidelines.
Other Outbuildings
Although we primarily focus on garage demolition, as part of our everyday workload we regularly demolish and remove other outbuildings such as wooden garages, workshops, small barns, cabins and many other types of domestic and small commercial structures. It is also worth mentioning that we own a waste collection company so the materials from all garage demolition and other deconstruction jobs are prioritised to our team to ensure the site is cleared swiftly.
Survey
To ensure a professional garage demolition we will always complete a full survey of the proposed site, garage construction materials and access to ensure that we can mitigate any potentials risk and hazards prior to safely clearing the area of all debris. This helps us plan for a safe working environment.
Demolition
We will always plan the garage demolition in stages to ensure a safe deconstruction of the building. Any potentially dangerous substances i.e. asbestos bonded roof materials, are carefully dismantled and removed from the site safely prior to the demolition of the remainder of the structure.
Clearance
Within a typical garage demolition, there are 5 stages of safe removal once on site. Removal of the roof, main structure, supporting base, site clearance and reinstating the floor area in line with customer requirements. Each stage will require it’s own planning to conform to waste removal regulations i.e. asbestos
